This is not a serious competition – but a bit of fun. It is open to all Selsey residents who have a front garden. There is NO entry fee or form. Your
garden will be viewed during the last week in July and winner chosen for the best front garden.  Prize to be presented at the Curtain Raiser on 4TH August.

CARNIVAL CRAFTS AND SKILLS WORKSHOPS
Cloud Nine Community Carnival Arts
in partnership with Same Sky present one of two drop-in workshops which will give creative instruction to help children and young adults participate in the Selsey Carnival. Workshops include:
help with creating group themes; teaching easy carnival costume design and manufacture; making and creating large signature pieces; choreographing “musical” routines. For further information contact 01243 602260 (workshop two will be held on Wednesday 13th August).

A massive 8 lane Slot Car Racing layout will fill the Sports Hall at the Selsey Centre. This is open to Kids aged 5 to 95 to pit their competitive skills. There will be a display by Selsey Model Boat Club and Tea, Coffee and soft drinks will be available all day.
Races:  £1.00 per driver. 1st, 2nd and 3rd fastest laps of the day will receive prizes.
